Be Kind VHS

Going to the video rental store is one of those things that I wish kids today could experience to the fullest. YES I know rental stores still exist (shoutout VisArt), but the vast majority of folks born after the year 2000 aren’t going to know the joy of browsing the new releases or the rapidly decaying box art from a slew of 80’s horror moves.

However, I think we can all agree that every. single. video rental place regardless of size or corporate influence imparted on their customers the same core sentiment: BE KIND.

This piece is based on the standard VHS dimensions (sorry, Betamax) but has been scaled up 25% for effect. It stands nicely on a shelf but also features a mounting hole for wall hanging.
